Charlie asks Kristen if he can leave Claudia and Owen for her if he dies. She wants to, but Paul doesn't like children so much. Claudia has been missing school for several weeks and the school calls for a meeting. Bailey and Julia are so busy that they don't show up. Social Services are called and they get Claudia and Owen. They say they were neglected and Julia and Bailey do the best they can to get them back. Julia and Griffin offer to take care of them. Everybody is mad at Claudia, who is feeling very lonely. Meanwhile, Rosalie is flirting with Griffin, and kisses him.
Sister, Sister

After Tia impresses the WNBA's Lisa Leslie (appearing as herself) at a book signing, she's offered a dream job with the organization's media department. But accepting the job means giving up her other dream - college.

A romantic Valentine's Day weekend turns out to be anything but for Dharma and Greg. It all begins when Greg downloads a travel brochure promising a cozy getaway at the Red Rose Inn in upstate snow country. Unfortunately, things don't go quite as planned. En route, they get ticketed for speeding when Greg tries to make up time lost burying a dead animal that Dharma spotted by the roadside. Worse still, when they arrive at the inn they discover it's just an ordinary little house with no snow and only a backyard trailer to accommodate guests. Meanwhile, Kitty misinterprets Larry's talk about an animal-shelter swap meet to mean wife swapping, and she and Edward find themselves strangely disturbed by the idea.

Tim begins to want to have more children after Marty asks him to babysit one of the twins. After some discussions about his vasectomy with Jill, and some words of wisdom from Wilson, he decides that being able to return the twins after playing with them is the best idea. Mark is still wearing black, but with an added touch (of lipstick) for this episode.

Dawson turns to Jen after learning of his mom's affair, and Joey's knowledge of it. But he regrets doing so when she tells him some of her problems; meanwhile Pacey and Tamara continue to tempt fate with their fling.

Peter shows up in Sterling's hotel room with a tape recorder in the hopes of proving that Sterling is to blame for their rift. Lexi's father collapses during the argument and later dies. Megan is jealous when Brett comforts Lexi. A gunshot victim named Spider convinces Michael that he can get rich by starting a clinic in the man's neighborhood. Michael persuades his family to invest money in the venture. Billy continues to pose as Craig, but Jennifer is forced to tell Mia the ""truth"" after she catches Billy with Samantha.
7th Heaven
Season 2, Episode 15
Convinced that she'll fail in her basketball comeback, Mary develops a horrible attitude making her quite unpleasant. Eric laments that Mary never talks to him anymore. Lucy is excited over the prospect of her best friend Suzanne coming to visit, until she learns the girl ran away from home. Afraid of his science teacher, Mrs. Hunter, Simon loses his confidence in his ability to complete a class project and feigns illness to avoid it. Also, Ruthie is fearful of her first field trip thinking that she'll get lost from the group.

Bobby defends Dr. Jeffrey Winslow, on trial for the brutal murder (and decapitation) of his mistress. Neither Bobby nor Helen (the D.A. on the case) will back down, sending their relationship into a tailspin. Eugene defends Rebecca's irascible uncle on tax evasion charges.
