KWAI YI sacrifices himself so as to safeguard FONG WAI and SHUI AN. To cure her, FONG WAI goes to Yunam and begs KOT LUEN to give her the medicine. KOT LUEN tells him that there is no medicine. He keeps her in the palace and does not allow her to meet FONG WAI.
