Upon learning that Thiago is still inside, Eliseo heroically races into the burning building and returns minutes later with the boy in his hands. For his actions, Eliseo is offered his old job back and Zambrano is replaced by Beba. Eliseo, it seems, had one final trick up his sleeve.

Paola and Thiago visit the dejected Eliseo, but he is hardly in the mood to welcome them. All that's left for him is to bring the new janitorial team up to speed.
