Ron must help her overcome her fear in order to save the day. Meanwhile, Ron names one of the cockroaches Roachie and decides to keep it as a pet, much to Kim’s chagrin.

Maria and Luis are planning for their hike gathering their backpacks, water, and trail mix. Big Bird and Snuffy are especially excited since they have never been on a hike before! Maria explains what great exercise it is and how many interesting things you can find around you. They don’t get very far on their hike because they stop to observe things around them that they’ve never really noticed before - the bark and leaves of a tree, the colors of a pebble on the ground, and even a tap dancing spider! Even though they don’t get very far, Big Bird and Snuffy had a great time on their very first hike!

Holly tries to set Ben up with a girl he likes because she thinks she made Ben lose his bravery when she broke up with him. She fails and needs Vince's help, but the problem is that Vince doesn't want to be her friend anymore. They end up confronting each other and become friends again. Meanwhile, Val hires a hobo to work at the bakery, and both her and Lauren end up liking him. After they try to go on a date with him, the hobo tells them that he's married.

Season 36, Episode 9
Snuffy sees Elmo, Zoe, and her friend, Carina the Ballerina, ballet dancing and wants to join in on the fun. He tries to follow along with them as they leap and twirl around, but ends up crashing on the ground and knocking them down. Snuffy becomes sad and insecure about his size when they tell him that maybe he’s too big to dance ballet. Snuffy tries to figure out ways to make himself smaller by imagining himself as a mouse and doing scrunching down exercises, but becomes discouraged since he can’t seem to change his size. Then, Big Bird, Luis, Maria, and Gabi all reassure Snuffy that they love everything about him and that he is beautifully big and perfect just the way he is. At the end, Zoe, Elmo, and Carina apologize to Snuffy for hurting his feelings and realize that anybody can dance and that dancing should be about having fun with all your friends, no matter what size they are. They all dance happily together.

Tricked into another of Team Rocket's schemes, the heroes are stranded on an island. They encounter Robin, a former salesman, who was saved by a Wailmer. Like the heroes, Robin, too, wishes to get off the island, but due to the constant whirlpools, he is barred from doing so. With the inevitable teamwork between the heroes and the villains, Team Rocket plan on another sabotage attempt to take the ship everyone is building and snatch the Pokémon at it.

Sam has trouble accepting that one of their witnesses purports to be a psychic, although she is thrown when the woman correctly points out her problems with Martin. Jack, Martin and Danny pick up the extra hours with Vivian out awaiting heart surgery and together the team manages to track the young woman down after a supermarket parking lot kidnapping yeilds an unlikely clue.

It's Trey's 21st birthday and Marissa, anxious to help Trey and Ryan forge a relationship, throws a birthday party for Trey at the Cooper-Nichol mansion that turns out to be a rager. Seth is left in hot water by both Summer and Zach, but why? Sandy wants to continue his friendship with Carter, leaving a confused Kirsten. Meanwhile, Julie shares some memories with an "old" friend and in the process learns a few things and gains a few ideas.

When theres a talent show on and they've got places for singing, Angelica signs up, but Tommy tells Angelica to let Susie know. When Angelica calls, its on the answering machine, but it breaks. Angelica then pretends she's reminding her in front of Tommy, which when Susie comes back to school, eventually believes in Angelica. Meanwhile, Chuckie, Lil and Phil help Ms O'Keats with her part of the talent show, even though its a bit lame and they have to wear weird costumes and do other weird movements. Dil lets them know about Karma and tells them about that afternoon (Phil, Lil and Chuckie pulled a prank in assembly) and if they do something bad, something bad will happen to them, as in them being humiliated in front of the whole school. The next morning, Angelica's face breaks out with zits and comes to Dil's advice. Dil tells her to do good deeds but it just gets worse. When Jerry WOOHPs the girls right in the middle of a homegrown mani-pedi (courtesy of Clover, see b-story), they know it must be serious... and it is. Jerry informs the spies that fellow teen spy hottie Britney (from ""Alex Quits"") has crashed in a WOOHP chopper on a remote island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Jerry explains to them that the island is a top secret holding facility for WOOHP's most dangerous baddies (humans, robots, mutants, aliens, you name it)! Just when the girls think things couldn't get any worse, Jerry informs them that Britney's chopper destroyed the island's security system when it went down -- and now the island's ""residents"" are running totally wild. And one more thing: the girls only have a few hours to save Britney before the island self destructs! In a b-story, Clover becomes a ""Beautylicious Betty"" -- a peddler of overpriced, shoddy beauty products that eventually enrage all of her customers.
